Tooba Technologies brings web hosting, software development and IT support together, so the people who build your systems are the same people who keep them running.
We work with small and mid-sized businesses, startups and organisations, mostly remotely. Many projects don't end at launch, so we plan for what comes after: hosting, maintenance and the next round of improvements.
We would rather give you an accurate estimate than an attractive one, and we write everything down: proposals, changes, credentials and handover notes.

Yes — most of our work is remote. We use email, video calls and shared project tools, send written updates you can read in your own time, and schedule calls at hours that work for you.
Most projects get a fixed quote based on a written scope. Ongoing work — support, maintenance, small changes — can be billed monthly or hourly. Either way, you'll know the numbers before we start.
Usually, yes. We'll start with a short review of the code and hosting, tell you honestly what we find, and recommend whether to improve it or rebuild.
Yes. We plan migrations to avoid downtime and lost email, and we test everything on the new server before switching your domain over.
That's up to you. We can host and maintain it, or hand over everything — code, credentials and documentation — so you or another team can take it from there.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Tooba Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We've kept it short because we collect very little.
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if given), country, the service you're interested in, and your message.
Technical information. Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site may automatically record basic server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't collect. This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it doesn't load content from other websites while you browse it.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists. Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, or on taking steps you've asked for before entering into a contract.
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, the service that delivers them to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States, so your message may be processed there. Our email provider also stores the messages we receive. We share information with nobody else, unless we're required to by law.
We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep the records needed for our work together, and for legal and accounting purposes, for as long as we're required to. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To make a request, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”, or reply to any email we've sent you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, the contact form sends information only to Formspree, and access to enquiries is limited to our team.
Our services are intended for businesses, and this website isn't aimed at children.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
